Terms of service
Effective 6 October 2026. These terms are between you and Clinton Skakun.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.
The service
Tusolite fetches feeds you choose, shows you what they publish, and keeps quotes you save. It is provided free of charge. We may change or discontinue it, and will give reasonable notice before shutting it down so you can export what you saved.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. One person per account; do not share credentials.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not add feeds you are not permitted to read.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or use it to attack others — including by pointing it at a site in order to generate traffic against that site.
- Do not automate the service beyond ordinary personal use.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.
Content from other people
Posts shown in Tusolite belong to whoever published them, and their own terms govern what you may do with them. We do not claim ownership of that material and are not responsible for it. Quotes and notes you save remain yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store and show them back to you. Export them as Markdown at any time.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, and a feed may fail to load or be shown incorrectly. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; the export exists for this.
To the extent the law allows, Clinton Skakun is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You may delete your account at any time from the account menu, which removes your data immediately. We may terminate an account for a breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico City, and disputes will be heard by its courts.
